20 December 2025 — The Mind Transformation Program (PTM) Plus 2025 drew to a close today with the Closing Ceremony officiated by YBhg. Encik Fazli Rizal bin Ismail, Director of the MARA Human Resources Division (BSM), located at the MARA Higher Skills College (KKTM) Lenggong.

 

The ceremony was also attended by Lenggong District MARA Officer, Mr. Ahmad Mukhlis bin Aminuddin; Lenggong MRSM Principal, Mr. Rusidi bin Mustafa; and the Director of the MARA Academy of Excellence (AKM), Mrs. Ani Mardiah binti Azmin.

PTM Plus 2025 involved 328 participants from various MARA centres nationwide. This programme aims to provide initial exposure to the civil service and the MARA ecosystem, as well as being a key requirement for job confirmation for new employees.

 

The seven (7) day program took place from 14 to 20 December 2025 with the participation of participants from the Management and Professional Groups as well as the Implementation Group. The program implementation was supported by 12 facilitators, 16 assessors and 14 experienced speakers.

 

Throughout the programme, participants were exposed to the strengthening of core values ​​of public service including integrity, trust, discipline and teamwork, as well as increased understanding of the role, function and responsibilities of MARA as a Bumiputera socio-economic development agency. The experiential learning approach also helped shape participants' identity, leadership skills and readiness to face real service challenges.

Since its introduction in 2014 until December 2024, MARA has successfully organized 23 PTM series involving a total of 3,125 participants, thus proving MARA's continued commitment to producing competitive human capital with high integrity.

 

It is hoped that the organization of PTM Plus 2025 will produce MARA employees who are more knowledgeable, professional and resilient, in line with the aspiration of Merakyatkan MARA and supporting the MADANI Malaysia agenda towards building a sustainable and high-performing organization in the future.
