The closing ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Dato Zulfikri bin Osman, Director General of MARA and also witnessed the exchange of Memorandums of Understanding between MARA and Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (BIMB) and the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII). The delegations were led by YBhg. Dato Mohd Muazzam Mohamed, Group Chief Executive Officer of BIMB and Dr. Sunil Shukla, Director General of EDII respectively.
